Servers & backups

Data may be stored on servers in an appropriate region for operations, with encrypted backups under retention policies.

Account & verification

When you create an account, we store information needed for authentication and to communicate about your listings or support tickets. If identity verification is required for security or compliance, documents are handled under strict access rules and not reused for unrelated purposes.

Photos and descriptions you upload are displayed publicly under our content rules. You are responsible for rights or permission to show the vehicles or properties. We may remove content that violates terms or applicable laws.

When you open a support ticket, we use the contact details you provide to respond. We apply anti-spam and anti-abuse policies; repeated misuse may lead to account action.
